Bookings
A class seat is reserved when PayPal confirms payment and we issue a receipt. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Class bookings are charged Quebec sales tax (GST and QST). Gift certificates are not taxed when you buy them. Tax is charged when the certificate is used for a class, and each certificate can be used once. Listing a class is not a promise that every date will run if we have to cancel for safety or low attendance. If we cancel, you can move the seat or get a refund of what you paid us.
Your account
Keep your password private. You can change it, download your data, or delete the account in settings. Deleting the account removes the sign-in and profile. Receipts remain for tax records. Admin tools require a verified email.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that disrupts bookings, or try to mark an order paid without a real PayPal capture. Kitchen and allergy safety instructions given in class are part of attending.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. The courts of Montreal have jurisdiction. Les parties ont exigé que cette entente soit rédigée en anglais.
