Privacy policy
Last updated October 22, 2026. This is a working policy. A lawyer should review it before you rely on it.
Who we are
Atelier Table Rouge, 14390 Boul Gouin O, Pierrefonds, Montreal, QC, H9H 1B1, Canada. Email info@ateliertablerouge.com. Phone (514) 867-4300. We are the business responsible for personal information collected on this site.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, password handled by our sign-in provider), booking and gift-certificate orders, payment confirmation from PayPal (we do not store card numbers), classes left in your cart when we already have your email, class preferences, messages you send us, and newsletter consent when you opt in.
Why
To take bookings, send receipts and class reminders, send one reminder the next day if a class sits in your cart and we already have your email, answer questions, and, only with consent, send occasional class news. Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA apply. Marketing email also follows Canada's anti-spam law: the box starts unticked, and you can unsubscribe in every marketing message.
Cookies
Sign-in uses a necessary cookie so staff tools can check who you are. Vercel Analytics, a visit counter with no ads, loads only after you choose Accept. Reject leaves it off. You can change that from Cookie settings in the footer. The choice lasts 13 months. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as Reject.
Service providers
Google (the database), PayPal (payments), Brevo (email, which may process outside Canada), and Vercel (hosting and, if you accept, analytics). We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Profiles and newsletter rows are deleted when you delete your account. Orders and gift-certificate records are kept for tax and accounting. You can also download a copy of your profile and bookings in account settings.
Your requests
Write to info@ateliertablerouge.comto access, correct, or delete your information. We answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
