Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.

Whisk eggs, yolks and sugar until pale, then fold in chocolate.

Sift in flour and salt; combine gently.

Divide into buttered ramekins and bake at 220°C for 11-12 minutes.

Turn out and serve immediately with ice cream.
